I am a Natural Therapist, Visual Artist, Writer and Businesswoman.​I work with Art,Communication and Photographyfor 22 years.​I have been Yoga & Meditationpractitioner for 20 years.Yoga teacher for about 10 years. And in the last 5 years,I also have been dedicating myselfto the Study and Work with Ayurveda,the Science of Life.​Thus,I integrate my work with:ARTe COMM YOGANATURAL THERAPIESBOOKS & EXPERIENCES​***​I was a dancer for 16 yearsand then I had extensive experience in the corporate environment,working with Art, Design, Communication,Production, Management, Directionuntil being in the chair of theBoard of Directors,a process of 20 years.

I made numerous tripsto work and leisure,always looking for new things,new ways of seeing and thinking.​Today, I dedicate myself to what I chose as my mission: Communicate and inspire people to find their wholeness, harmony and well-being.

To change, we need to move.Breathing, we move the old and give space to the new.
