My story is extreme. My highest recorded weight by medical professionals was 458 pounds. In October 2020 I posted that I was finally in the 170’s and no longer considered morbidly obese. However, this journey has taken 15 years to achieve and is not over.For the first time I am addressing publicly how I got to that extreme weight and what I did to overcome it. The story is long, because let’s be honest, to get to that ginormous of a number and to lose 286 pounds, it’s gonna take a minute to make it through. And since I am being honest…I get really really real. There are things I have never shared and I share in ways I never have. It gets raw, honest, ugly, and very human. This is me.
