My Guest today, Tj Power,  is a neuroscientist, international neuroscience speaker, and online mental health content creator who has delivered mental health training to over 10,000 people. He is also the Co-Founder of Neurify, an organization that is bringing accessible neuroscience-based teachings to our society to enhance both adults and young people's mental health.
