In this episode I talk pretty openly about 2 of the frustrating subconscious cycles I go through and how they have affected me. I also go into what I do to change that subconscious programming and intentionally create what I actually want. I feel pretty vulnerable sharing these things. I kinda see them as my "deep dark secrets", but it feels freeing and expansive to share. Hopefully it shows you how you can identify certain frustrating cycles in your life and show you that you can change it.
