Ian Balina  has created a mobile on demand job marketplace where you can find and hire local freelancers; think of Uber but for freelancers.   The App is called Peer Hustle and it was launched in 2015.

The features of Peer Hustle are:

• Jobs are restricted to a local level, based on your phone’s current location.
• Search and hire local freelancers in your area based on skills
• Mobile, Real-time chat, in-app calling and in-app video calls
• Send job offers easily with secure escrow payments

• No more competing with freelancers overseas who work pennies on the dollar.
• Before starting a project, funds are deposited into escrow and are ONLY released when the job is complete and you are completely satisfied with the work received.
