David Stukus Dr. David R. Stukus, MD, is a physician who specializes in pediatric food allergies. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Nationwide Children's Hospital and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is the Social Media Medical Editor for the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, and he hosts the podcast “Conversations From the World of Allergy”.Stukus has published over 70 papers and book chapters. His first book, the textbook "Allergies and Adolescents: Transitioning Towards Independent Living," was published in 2018.Stukus received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Scott Sicherer Dr. Scott H. Sicherer, MD, is a pediatric allergist. He is both a clinician and a clinical researcher. His food allergy research focuses on clinical manifestations, allergic diseases caused by specific foods, natural history of food allergy, environmental risk factors, diagnostic issues, epidemiology, psychosocial issues, genetic epidemiology, the development of educational materials, and novel treatments.Sicherer is the Director of the Food Allergy Institute at Mount Sinai Hospital, and a Professor of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is also Chief of the Division of Allergy and Immunology in the Department of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital.Sicherer received his M.D. from John Hopkins University and did his Residency in Pediatrics at The Mount Sinai Hospital.
