As your Dynasty progresses, your GM will earn experience points based on his performance. For every 100 experience points earned, he will earn upgrades. Some of the upgrades include the ability to upgrade your players� skills, hire new staff, and increase profits for your team. It takes a lot of work to run your team, but it adds a ton of depth and fun to the game.
