Robert Iler is an American actor best known for his portrayal of A.J. Soprano on HBO’s hit series The Sopranos (1999–2007). Born in New York City, Iler started his acting career at a young age, making appearances on Saturday Night Live. He started achieving fame as the troubled son of mob boss Tony Soprano in the critically acclaimed series The Sopranos.
